Michael Hickman

President / Senior Estimator


Mike has been employed in construction-related fields since 1972. His experiences have been varied, including material supply, estimating, and project management. However, his latest experience has been in the commercial construction industry. Mike has been involved in all aspects of estimating, marketing, design, sales, client negotiations, procurement of subcontractors & materials, and project management for various types of building and renovation projects. These projects have included new building projects of various construction types, including masonry, structural and pre-engineered steel and wood framed structures. Along with these were renovation projects, including additions, simple renovations and restoration; including historical restorations. Mike has also been involved in many types of industrial maintenance projects.

Robert Maxwell

Project Manager


Qualifications: Robert started with The McDougal Group in 2004 and has managed hundreds of commercial projects as a Superintendent since 1976. He has a unique pro-active approach for managing and constructing projects. His attributes include a complete understanding of the entire project to allow problem solving well ahead of the issues. Robert has been on site Senior Project Superintendent and built over $50 million of schools, churches, banks, restaurants, office buildings and medical facilities. With Robert’s vast knowledge of construction he is able to complete projects in a professional and timely manner.

John Rogers

Project Manager


John started his employment with The McDougal Group in August 2004. John's experience extends over a twenty-eight year period in the construction industry and his vast knowledge of construction has derived from the many projects that he has overseen. He has supervised the construction/renovation of schools, hospitals, churches, medical offices and office buildings. As Superintendent, he runs the day-to-day operations at the jobsite, handles scheduling of subcontractors and material deliveries, and maintains a safe and well-organized jobsite. John is well diversified in new construction, remodeling, and restoration.

Bill Stone

Project Superintendent


BJ started his employment with The McDougal Group in December 2004. BJ has been in the construction industry for the past twenty-seven years and his experience has developed from supervising projects, ranging from schools, hospitals, commercial building, churches, banking facilites and residential work. BJ handles day-to-day operations at the jobsite, schedules subcontractors and deliveries, and keeps a safe and well-organized work place. BJ has been involved in all aspects of the construction of buildings. He has knowledge not only with new construction, but in renovation and restoration, as well.
